1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bcreate Systems website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bcreate Systems provides digital systems consulting services including but not limited to: workflow optimization, SaaS architecture, automation infrastructure, custom software refinement, and digital transformation consulting.

The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals shared with the client before work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Bcreate Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work produced during client engagements is governed by the intellectual property terms specified in the individual service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment schedules are outlined in individual service proposals.
  • For recurring services, invoices are issued monthly and are due within 7 days of receipt.
  • Late payments may incur an additional charge of 1.5% per month.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required systems, data, and resources
  • Respond to queries and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Ensure that any data shared with Bcreate Systems does not violate third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

Bcreate Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
