Refund Policy

1. Consulting Services

For one-time consulting services (e.g., Starter Audit), refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the deliverable being shared. If work has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued. If work is in progress or delivered, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Recurring Services

For monthly retainer services (e.g., Growth System), cancellation must be communicated in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. The current billing period is non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after cancellation.

3. Custom Projects

Custom development or enterprise engagements are governed by the terms specified in the individual project agreement. Refund eligibility depends on the milestone structure and work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. SaaS Product Subscriptions

For subscriptions to Bcreate Systems products (e.g., LeadFlow CRM, ReachFlow):

  • A 7-day free trial is available for new users where applicable.
  • After the trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at bcreatesystems@gmail.com with your name, the service in question, and the reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
